Technology for the whole community
We run free Repair Cafés across Hebden Bridge. Bring your broken device, we'll take a look. No booking, no charge.
Book a session ➜Why we do this
Not everyone can afford one-to-one help with technology. Not everyone feels confident walking into a shop and asking. Across Hebden Bridge and the Calder Valley, we've seen what a difference it makes when someone simply sits with you, patient, unhurried, no bill at the end, and helps something finally click.
We've been doing this since July 2024. In March 2026 we formalised it by becoming a Community Interest Company. The Repair Cafés aren't a side project. They're the reason HTT exists.

As well as Repair Cafés, we work with community groups, libraries, and local organisations to run digital skills sessions. If you're involved in a group that could benefit from this kind of help, get in touch. We'd love to talk.
Digital skills workshops
Group sessions on smartphone basics, online safety, video calling, and more. Tailored to the group.
Drop-in sessions
Hosted at community venues, libraries, and social clubs. A regular slot where people can bring questions.
Concessions always available
For our paid services, reduced rates are available for anyone on low income or benefits. No means test, no paperwork. Just ask.
Gift vouchers for good causes
Know someone who'd benefit but couldn't afford it? Gift vouchers are available in any amount, valid for 12 months.
