A lot of people just work around the confusion and never quite get comfortable.
We take care of all of it. We transfer everything from your old device, set up your accounts and apps, adjust the settings to suit you, and spend time going through it all together before we leave. Moving from an old Windows laptop (even a Windows 7 or Windows 8 machine) is something we do regularly.
